These cookies are a generous 3-4 TBSP of cookie dough and bake up to approx. 3-3.5" round. These are a hearty softer cookie with a slight tang from the sourdough.
NOTE: Pickup days are typically Fridays 1 pm to 5 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm, ONLY!
Your order will be in a bag in the Gma Becky's bakery cabinet on the front porch, clearly labeled with your name. Please only take your bag(s). SMILE! You'll be on camera. :) If I have extra items for sale, they will also be on the top open shelf of the cabinet, clearly labeled, including cost. If you'd like to purchase one of the extra items, you are welcome to leave cash in the box, which will be located inside the cabinet - right solid (not glass) door, or ring the door bell and I will bring the credit card machine out. I also have Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, please email me for the account information.
I will be making deliveries on Fridays and Saturdays outside of the pickup hours listed above. If you have specific instructions, such as a drop off location, or a preferred day or time, please list the info in the notes to seller box as you check out - also, please list any food allergies, just so I can be extra careful with those items as I prepare your goodies. Please include your name and order number on all email communication. Thank you!
Please choose your preferred add-in. If you do not choose an add-in, your cookies will have a combination of semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips in them, as that is my basic cookie. :) You may choose to request an add-in that is not on the list, by choosing Other, and listing your request in the notes to seller box as you check out. Note - you'll see the 'Special instruction to the seller' box when looking at your shopping cart. If you choose NONE, you will receive plain boring cookies . :)
Base Cookie Ingredients:
Eggs, sourdough starter discard (starter is fed with dark rye, all-purpose, and/or bread flour), pure vanilla extract, unsalted butter, organic brown sugar, white granulated sugar, chocolate chips (semi-sweet: cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), fine pink himalayan salt, baking soda, baking powder, all-purpose flour, bread flour.
