Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers to the period during which your order is prepared, packaged, and handed off to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or service disruptions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
All orders are shipped with insured shipping. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we may assist with an investigation or insurance claim.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing due to theft or unsecured delivery locations.
Carrier Responsibility & Liability
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier after dispatch, except as covered under shipping insurance policies.
